Can you help me plan my new office?
Absolutely! We have dedicated resources to help plan your office space, and offer site visits to help select the products that will suit your space best. We then provide a 3D drawing to show you how your office could look.
What areas do you cover?
We have specialists based around the country from Northland to Southland available to help plan and deliver your fitout.
Where is your furniture manufactured?
We have a huge range of furniture that is certified Buy NZ made. We only import items that cannot be efficiently manufactured in New Zealand.
Is your furniture fully assembled?
Our storage is fully assembled and just requires shelves putting in. Our other ranges do require assembly, but we can arrange installation for you and deal with only the best furniture installers in NZ. We have access to installers around the country. All of our furniture comes with assembly instructions.
How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
We believe we work with the fastest office furniture manufacturer in New Zealand.
Our lead times vary between 3 days and 3 weeks dependent on the product ordered and availability of materials. Our team will let you know up front the expected delivery date and we'll always send you a confirmation which will include the confirmed delivery date.
We have lots of short lead time options so let us know if you need your office furniture quickly and we'll do our best to assist.
How is your furniture delivered?
We deliver direct from our NZ manufacturer. They will deliver either in their own dedicated trucks or with their preferred furniture delivery companies. We'll plan your delivery and keep you informed every step of the way.
Can I install a desk myself & does this void the warranty?
Yes, you can install your own furniture. We do recommend a specialised furniture installer for some of our products. All our furniture comes with assembly instructions and our warranty covers any manufacturing defects. We're always here to help if you have any issues during install.
